WHAT IS DF EVENTS?

DF Events is a 1-stop shop for hospitality, dining and event planning needs located in New York City with partnerships in throughout NYC, LA and Miami. We pride ourselves on great and reliable customer services and taking the STRESS and HASSLE out of your event planning experience. You give us the details, we do the work, and you enjoy a great event and receive all the credit! We are here to make you look good and free up your time to take care of your work duties and enjoy your family.

DF Events offer proven solutions to those looking to plan events, dinners, launch parties, corporate events, milestone celebrations like Birthdays, Sweet 16’s Mitzvahs, open bars, happy hours, wedding and related events like engagement parties, bachelorettes and other celebrations or custom events.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?

Clients, such as yourself, do not pay us for our services (at least 99% of of the time). We do not charge clients for our services and make our money via our partnerships. We use our 10+ years in the business working with venue owners, managers, managing partners, etc. to quickly get you the best pricing and many options with quick turn around times for pricing, venue visits, and so on.

The only time we may charge a Client is for customized work and additional services. For example, there maybe fees if a Client would like us to promote an event with the goal of increasing guest attendance; or to provide social media marketing services to increase awareness and RSVP’s for an event. Please rest assured we talk to you about every detail, fees, charges, etc. at every step and everything is on a contract to avoid any surprises or communication problems. Transparency and clear communications is of up-most importance to all of our Client relationships. If you have a questions, just ask us at anytime – WE GOT YOU!

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DOES DF EVENTS PLAN?

We plan events for any and all occasions for big or small groups including Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Baby Showers, Sweet 16’s, fundraisers, open bar’s, networking events, after-work Happy Hours, cocktail parties, dinners, cocktail receptions, corporate functions and of course birthdays. DF Events works with a network of event professionals including Dancers, DJs, Florists, Cover Bands, Caterers, Photographers, Live Performers and Decorators to make your event an outstanding success and memorable for all Guests in attendance.

WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE

Assuming you picked an event location, a 50% deposit is due upon signing the proposal. The final balance for the event is due 10 (ten) business days prior to the event. We do customize payment plans as well, so everything is on a case by case bases and we can figure it out along the planning phases.

We work with all types of budgets as long as it reasonable to event costs, but pride ourselves on getting you the best prices out there! We use our long time and great relationships to pass along the savings to you and event needs.
